Using okova's innovative web operating system it is possible to access, create and modify a web site, without installing any software on your computer, anywhere in the world with internet access.
To edit an okova webpage we strongly recommend Firefox . The editing system is also compatible with the Netscape 7.0 and Internet Explorer V6.0 and above.
The resulting web pages are viewable by all browsers.
Login
In order to be able to edit your site, you will need a login name and password which will be made available to you by okova's personnel.
How to log in
Load your okova site in your browser
Point the cursor at the small okova 'mango'symbol on the top right hand corner of the browser window and click with the left mouse button
A box similar to that shown below should slide into view:
Enter your name and password in the relevant fields
Click on the blue arrow on the left to login. You should enter the editing mode after the page has reloaded
Check that you have successfully logged in by looking at the okova 'mango'. It should now appear like a lock with key :
Write on the Web (WOW)
The amazing thing is that you now will see your usual web page, but can write onto the page wherever you like with just two mouse clicks!
This is what we call 'WOW'. You are actually publishing online. So watch what you write!
How to WOW
Click on the text you want to select for editing, using the left hand mouse button. It will be surrounded by a thin grey dotted border.
Click the cursor within this dotted grey border at the place, with the left hand mouse button, where you want to start writing.
Write your text and insert your images!
